〈巴黎夜未眠〉

夜未眠來自於對巴黎的風華與眷戀，夜未眠來自城市常受恐怖攻擊的驚嚇，難以成眠是因入夜後的巴黎更令人著迷，城市歷史面貌與人文語彙印記隨時使人失眠。巴黎的當下與矛盾的不確定性令人悵然甚至夜未眠。

建築牆廓的刻度印證歷史的強度，作品中以木刻印染的圖像併合，已超越時空的媒合暈染，簡單的圖文潤飾渲染，從街道的庶民到世界各種族群人物角色融合，展現著深厚的城市魔力，引發作者的創作靈感源源不絕。

Sleepless in Paris

Sleeplessness originates from the charms of and sentimental attachment to Paris. Sleeplessness is caused by the shock of frequent terrorist attacks on the city. It is hard to sleep because Paris is even more fascinating at night. At any time, the historical appearance and humanistic and linguistic imprints of the city can cause insomnia. The current contradictory uncertainty of Paris makes people so upset that they lose their sleep.

The scale of the building wall profiles mirrors its historical strength. In the artwork, printed and dyed woodcut images have been combined together, going beyond the matching shades of space and time as a simple graphic polishes the rendering. From the common people on the streets to the fusion of characters with different ethnicities, everything shows the profound city allure which triggered in the author an inexhaustible stream of creative inspiration.
